Toyota GAZOO Racing extends world championship

Toyota GAZOO Racing has become world champion in the Rally-Raid discipline for the second consecutive year. The factory team, which is technically supported by Eurol, managed to secure the championship in the standings for drivers, co-drivers, and constructors.

In Rallye Du Maroc, the fifth and final rally of the World Rally-Raid Championship 2023, the duo Nasser Al Attiyah and Mathieu Baumel succeeded in winning the first two stages. With this, enough points have been earned for the world title. The World Rally-Raid Championship started in 2022 in collaboration between ASO and FIA. In that year too, both men were able to win the world title.

Eurol has been a technical and commercial partner of the Toyota factory team since 2019. Within the partnership, in addition to two world titles, three Dakar rallies have also been won.

The factory team uses the Eurol Specialty racing line with SYNGIS Technology. This innovative racing line ensures the best performance under the most challenging conditions such as the Dakar Rally. The knowledge and experience gained from the collaboration with Toyota GAZOO Racing are also used for the development of other Eurol products.
