Fully synthetic soluble metalworking fluid with broad applicability

Eurol Syncool U 6100 is a fully synthetic water soluble metalworking fluid, recommended for use with all common types of alloys and capable of the toughest metalworking processes. Among others, applications for Eurol Syncool U 6100 include grinding, drilling, sawing and more chip-forming activities. Eurol Syncool U 6100 is suitable for use with most aluminium and copper alloys, although staining should always be checked. To ensure smooth operation, Eurol Syncool U 6100 has excellent deterging and cooling abilities. This mineral oil-free formulation has been composed to be resistant to any microbial growth. The resistance against microbial growth ensures both a longer fluid lifetime and no bad odour development. Whether using soft or hard make-up water, Eurol Syncool U 6100 is a low foaming formulation, ensuring maximum cooling and protection of the workpiece and tool. At the recommended use concentration of 10%, excellent corrosion resistance is offered. In use concentration can be monitored using a refractometer, where Eurol Syncool U 6100 gives a response of 1,3% per ° Brix. Always add Eurol Syncool U 6100 after dosing the required amount of water and ensure continuous stirring while adding the concentrate.
