Fuel economy, fully synthetic engine oil for diesel and petrol engines
Eurol Ultrance Blue 0W-20 is specially developed for Ford EcoBlue diesel engines where Ford M2C952-A1 is recommended. It can also be used for the engines requiring Ford WSS-M2C947-A/B1 and Ford WSS-M2C962-A1 performance. Eurol Ultrance Blue 0W-20 is a low viscosity engine oil, that contributes to fuel efficiency without compromising wear protection, even under high temperatures during extended drain intervals. This engine oil is not only suitable for petrol (also (T)GDI) or diesel fuelled engines, but also for alternative fuels as LPG, CNG, biodiesel (B10) and ethanol (E85), as well as hybrid engines. Eurol Ultrance Blue 0W-20 has been formulated to reduce Low Speed Pre Ignition (LSPI) events to a minimum. The cleaning properties of the oil prevent deposits in the engine and turbo during the life of the oil. Eurol Ultrance Blue 0W-20 has a shear stable formulation with low evaporation and good cold-start ability. This engine oil can be recommended for many American, Asian and European cars meeting Euro 6 requirements and CO2 restrictions. Specifically: Opel, Mercedes-Benz or GM vehicles requiring the specifications OV 040 1547 - A20, MB 229.71 or dexos D.
