Chlorine-free cutting oil for use in atomizing equipment
Eurol SSP 22 is a cutting fluid based on a synthetic polyol ester (derived from natural fats), with added sulfur and phosphorus-containing additives. Not miscible with water. The product contains no mineral oil, is chlorine-free, and is biodegradable.
 
Eurol SSP 22 is used undiluted for the machining of all types of metals, except non-ferrous metals. Burr formation during cutting is prevented with this product. It is therefore extremely suitable for aluminum machining.
 
Eurol SSP 22 is also suitable for non-cutting operations. Application can be done by spraying/misting, as well as by circulation/pumping. Due to its viscosity, it is also possible to apply the product with a brush.
 
Eurol SSP 22 has a shelf life of at least 12 months when stored between 5˚C and 45˚C. WGK class 1, not harmful under normal use.
