Chlorine-free cutting oil for use in atomizing equipment
Eurol SSP 22 is a cutting fluid, based on a synthetic polyol ester (from natural fats) with extra sulphurised and phosphorous materials. Not water soluble. The product does not contain mineral oils, is chlorine-free and biodegradable.
 
Eurol SSP 22 is used undiluted for machining of all kinds of metals, with exception of non-Ferro metals. The product prevents build-up edges, which makes the product very suitable for machining aluminium.
 
Eurol SSP 22 is also suitable for non-metal removing operations. Applying the product can be done by spraying/atomizing, as well as in circulating systems. Due to its viscosity, the product can also be applied by brush.
 
Eurol SSP 22 has a shelf-life of at least 12 months, when stored between 5˚C and 45˚C.
