Synthetic heat transfer oil for closed systems
Eurol Euroltherm ETX is a high performance heat transfer fluid, formulated from high quality synthetic base oils. The product is extremely suitable for use in closed systems and operating with high temperatures.
 
Eurol Euroltherm ETX can be applied as liquid phase in closed heat transfer systems with forced circulation for tempering of reactors, boilers and processing machines. The high thermal and oxidation stability of the product guarantees a long life-time of the product.
 
Eurol Euroltherm ETX can be used in a wide temperature range (0 °C up to +350 °C), short-lived peak temperatures of +380 °C are possible.
 
Eurol Euroltherm ETX is pumpable as from –5 ºC. For temperatures over +200 °C, a 'back-pressure' of 100 mbar inert gas (nitrogen) is recommended to ensure long term oxidation stability.
 
Eurol Euroltherm ETX will not attack usual machine building metals. Normal rubber seal materials can swell. Graphite, PTFE and fluor-elastomer seals can be used without any problem.
 
Eurol Euroltherm ETX can be mixed with mineral oil.
