Eurol in Dakar: All Eurol teams back in business

Eurol supports participants in the Rally Dakar 2018. On the third day of the rally all Eurol-teams were back in business after a difficult day during the second stage.

Bernhard ten Brinke had two punctures in the third stage, but it barely bothered him. The Dutchman finished in seventh place and took the same spot in the general classification. Ten Brinke was happy afterwards with the way the collaboration between him as his navigator Michel Perin is going.

Tim and Tom Coronel were on the road aswell in the third stage. After a long first two days they picked up the pace at the start of the stage, but hit trouble halfway through.

Gert Huzink was the best Dutchman with a seventh spot in the truck category. Huzinks strong performance has put him in top-10 contention for the classification. Martin van den Brink lost ground due to punctures on the third day, although he still finished well in the top-10. Janus van Kasteren helped one of his patriots before he stormed off to a 13th place.

Ed Wigman and Steven Rotsaert had an eventful second day of the rally and came back to the bivouac very late. However, they received permission to start the third stage and did well. Rotsaert finished well in 19th place, Wigman also reached the finish.

Jurgen van den Goorbergh is not one who leaves other people behind. In the third stage of the Dakar he helped his countryman on the move again before he moved up to fifth place in the malle moto-classification.
