Bruch von Parabelfedern in Scania-Lkw verhindern

Parabelfedern in Lkw sind aufgrund des Regenerationsprozesses des Dieselpartikelfilters (DPF) extremen Temperaturen ausgesetzt. Dies führt dazu, dass herkömmliches Fett austrocknet, der Mechanismus blockiert und das Risiko eines Federbruchs steigt. Die Folge: teure Reparaturen und unnötige Ausfallzeiten.

Beschreibung der Situation

Viele Lkw sind mit Parabelfedern ausgestattet, deren Enden geschmiert sind, um eine reibungslose Bewegung zu ermöglichen. Während der DPF-Regeneration jedoch erzeugt die abstrahlende Hitze des Abgases extreme Temperaturen, die dazu führen, dass herkömmliches Fett austrocknet und aushärtet. Das Öl trennt sich vom Fett und tritt aus – erkennbar an Schmutz- und Ölrückständen am Drehpunkt. Dadurch blockiert die Parabelfeder und bricht häufig bei Stoßbelastung.

Lösung

Eurol Specialty Syngis Grease verliert kaum Öl, hält höheren Temperaturen stand und trocknet nicht aus. Dank des Syngis-Fetts bleibt der Drehpunkt beweglich, sodass die Parabelfedern nicht unter Stoßbelastung brechen. Dies erhöht die Zuverlässigkeit der Lkw und reduziert ungeplante Stillstände.

Viele Lkw sind mit Parabelfedern ausgestattet, deren Enden zur Beweglichkeit geschmiert werden. Die beim DPF-Regenerationsprozess entstehende Hitze sorgt jedoch für extreme Temperaturen am Mechanismus. Herkömmliches Fett trocknet aus, härtet aus und verliert seine Wirkung. Das Öl trennt sich vom Fett und tritt durch die Hitze aus. Dies ist an Schmutz- und Ölansammlungen am Drehpunkt sichtbar.

In der Folge blockiert die Parabelfeder und bricht oft bei Stoßbelastung.
